Budapest Park - Retro Night Visuals
A series of social media and event graphics created for Budapest Park in collaboration with Abstrct Group, the agency behind the venue’s communication.
The visual direction was inspired by the nostalgic, slightly raw aesthetic of 1980s and 1990s VHS cassette covers, combining bold typography, saturated colours, scanned textures and cut-out photography. Each event featured a different composition, while recurring graphic elements created a recognisable visual language across the series.
One visual language, many different nights. The challenge was to keep the series recognisable without making every cover look the same. A set of recurring graphic elements provided consistency, while the typography, imagery and composition could change from one event to the next.
